Freddie Mac today released the results of its Primary Mortgage Market Survey (PMMS), with the 30-year and 15-year fixed-rate mortgages reaching record lows for this survey.

RALLY FOR THE CURE

We are all putting the finishing touches on the Susan G Komen Rally for the Cure Golf Tournament on Monday the 14th. I think there is still room for a couple more teams to play. We are also adding something new this year. We are having a Taste for the Cure event on Sunday from 3:30 to 6pm. There will be 9 local restaurants there so you can sample their great food. The silent auction will also be going on both Sunday & Monday. Come on out to Indian Rock Golf Course and help support a good cause.

Pending home sales rise 8.2 percent in February

WASHINGTON – The number of buyers who agreed to purchase previously occupied homes rose sharply in February, far exceeding expectations, in a sign that the housing market may be coming back from the winter doldrums.

The National Association of Realtors said Monday its seasonally adjusted index of sales agreements rose 8.2 percent from January to a February reading of 97.6. January's reading was revised slightly downward to 90.2.

Mardi Gras & Children's Miracle Network

Tonight is our annual Mardi Gras Celebration in support of the kids. This is our fund raiser for Children's Miracle Network.
